Family Therapy

The family is a dynamic and constantly evolving system. Sometimes, it experiences crises that shake it´s structures. Working with families means accepting the problem and identifying the family itself as a resource and agent of change and, in this sense, using a crisis, an event or a pathology and turning it into an opportunity for emotional growth for all family members.

In family therapy, we seek to intervene on the impact of these changes, through a space of awareness so that, in a guided and accompanied path, the family can, together, find new solutions for its balance, both individually and collectively. The mission will be to find a reassuring structure during situations of uncertainty, fear or frustration.

“The horizon leans forward, offering you room to take new steps towards change.” Maya Angelou
